What is integration coaching?
When you go to a gym, a trainer ensures your physical form is aligned so your body works efficiently.
Integration coaching does the same for your Inner Form. We will work together to help you align what you think, feel, and believe (Insight) with how you actually show up in the world (Action). When these are out of sync (Alignment), your system creates "friction"—and you stop moving.
Sometimes it helps to have an external perspective on your inner form to help you get it back into alignment and working better for you.

1. Check Your Alignment

We look at those results in a free 45-minute Alignment Strategy Session. This is a deep-dive to find out exactly why you’re stuck and give you a clear map to start moving again.
3. Build Your Strength
We do the "reps" together. Whether individually or in a group, I teach you the theory and then we practice matching your inside form with your outside actions until it feels like muscle memory.
4. Join the community
This sh*t is hard to do on your own. Finding practice partners to do this with will exponentially increase your chances of consolidating your integration work.
